Happy New Year Everyone!

Here's to a better and less chaotic 2021!

Many of you have received your Sovereign rewards, which brings me much joy to hear. Most of you received them before Christmas, some received them soon after Christmas and there are still some of you who still have not received your rewards. From what I can see, most of those who are still to receive their rewards are outside the U.S. which is usual for Kickstarter deliveries. There are always a few who receive their rewards really late and for that I am sorry. 

Instructions for Backers who have not received their rewards

If you are one who has not received their Sovereign rewards, good news, they are still being delivered, so hopefully you will receive them shortly. Of course, tracking numbers are not working, so let's just say it will be a very nice surprise. If you have not received your order by January 30th, please contact me by Kickstarter private message and we will get you on a resend list.

Shipping Delays and Non-Working Tracking Numbers

Hi everyone, I just want to say to you all, I feel your pain. Actually I feel it even worse. Imagine your delay multiplied by 100. I have been getting so many emails and comments about shipments being delayed and tracking numbers not working. I am truly sorry for this. This has to be the worst delivery that USPS has done. Tracking numbers are not working and there is nothing I can do. We all just have to be patient.

If you don't receive your decks before Christmas, I am truly sorry. I really do hope you receive them soon. I know many of you want information, but I really don't have any for you.

For those who have received your packages, I am really happy to hear that. For those of you who are having issues with your rewards, please be patient with me as I am going through a mountain of emails.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a much better New Year in 2021
